The Trinity Windows

Bellie Church, Fochabers; 1998

3 lights, each 1.2m x 3.6m

This is one of three windows which celebrate the Holy Trinity through the themes of Creation, Resurrection, and Pentecost. The branches of the ‘tree of life’ spread outwards from the central window, linking all three windows. Here, the left-hand window celebrates ‘God the father’ through the ‘Creation’ and themes of growth and harvest. The window is dedicated in memory of the late Bill Fettes, who farmed locally, and his life and interests have been represented through symbols which are interwoven with features from surrounding Morayshire.
